Our yoga teacher training program is also ideal for serious yoga practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga and take their personal practice to the next level.

    Yoga Experience

    A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of regular yoga practice is recommended.

    Students should have a strong understanding of basic yoga postures and be comfortable practicing at an intermediate level.

    Physical and Mental Health

    Students should be in good physical and mental health to join our 300-YTTC program.

    Language Proficiency

    A good understanding of English is required since all instruction will be provided in English by our certified yoga teachers.
